So far so good. I noticed that I get a huge, long lasting energy boost that goes all day long and a slight boost in mood. Waiting to see how this is in 3-4 weeks. As far as the taste, I must be in the minority because I love it. Update- Ok, as background, I have been heavy into supplementation, brain hacking via nootropics/racetams etc for the better part of 25 years and I am always hesitant to "oversell" anything. After 3 weeks I can confidently say that this is about as close as I have ever found to an "all in one" supplement. I take 1 cap in the morning on an empty stomach and another mid afternoon. It gives an incredible boost in energy and mental clarity, like the fog is just lifted. In the morning it gives the nice clean energy to power through anything you have on your plate and in the afternoon, completely removes any mid afternoon slump and keeps all day energy consistent. The mood boost that goes along with it is an added benefit as it feels similar to a dopamine increase and really motivates you with a smile on your face. This will absolutely remain in my staple supplements and I'll continue buying this brand.
