Beast of a fryer.
This was fryer is more like an industrial restaurant fryer than a residential one. I was not expecting that but I’m all about it.
The good stuff:
Easy to use
Large basket
Works well for limited use
Good value
Fairly easy to clean
The issues:
It’s large!
It gets really hot and needs to be in a vented area.
