This blend is so lovely. As a chronic insomniac I'm always looking for a natural ways to help me relax so I can sleep - the Dream blend does just that. Because of the blend of lavender, Clary sage and Ylang Ylang this essential oil is potent with camomile to round it out. Ylang Ylang can be so overpowering so I love how they blended it so that the lavender is the top note. A little goes a long way in my diffuser which I love. You've got all the calming oils you need in one perfect mix.
