I admit I was skeptical about this cream and estriol in general, but when my symptoms of vaginal dryness and tearing became unbearable, so I decided to try this (I am 56, 2 years post-meno.) I had tried natural herbs, vitamins, creams but they did nothing for my symptoms. Still skeptical, I purchased only one jar of Smoky Mountain Estriol cream and I am kicking myself for not buying 10 jars! This truly worked for me. I noticed improvement in dryness, mood, sleep, loss of appetite (I was gorging prior to using this cream), and the greatest part was the ability to walk without feeling that my vagina controlled every step. My breasts firmed up and I noticed a glow in my complexion. Improvement came after 10 days, so be patient. You only use a little--about a tip of your index finger and it lasted nearly 2 months with daily use. When I used the last of the jar, I thought okay, it worked and I am 'cured.' Nope, the symptoms, all of them, returned with a vengeance after 5 days. I could not stand the irritation and bought a similar cream at a drugstore. After 2 weeks, no improvement. So here I am back to Smoky Mountain Naturals planning to purchase 10 jars! I won't make the mistake of not having a jar in my home at all times!
