I used this filter-sheet to make a solar filter for my DSLR camera lens. To make the design more durable, and professional, I attached it to a an inexpensive UV lens filter. You can find them generically for a couple of bucks online. To make the apparatus, I simply cut the solar filter sheet into a small circle. I then sandwiched the filter-sheet to the glass filter by means of unscrewing the threaded inner metal assembly that presses the glass against the outer diameter metal collar. I simply unscrewed the threaded inner collar, and slipped the filter paper in. The next step is to screw the assembly back together. The entire project takes 15 minutes to complete, and I am very satisfied with the results.
