I've had major cavity problems despite brushing 3-4 times a day. So I did some research and bought this product about 1 and a half months ago and have used it 2x a day. I just got back from my dentist appointment today. I had to get a crown on an old cracked filling, but they took new X-rays. The dentist pointed out another tooth that had a large section where he thought initially would be a new cavity, but after inspecting that tooth he told me the cavity appears to have reversed, and the section of tooth "recalcified." That was the exact word he used. I've never received any positive news at the dentist so this is totally a new experience. I'm going to have my children use this product now too because I think it is working well on my teeth.
