If you want to make magnesium oil this is the way to do it. I bought a few 16 oz spray bottles and filled them with magnesium flakes about 3-4 ozs then fill the bottles with distilled water can get at grocery store. Shake bottle up and then you can start with transdermal magnesium therapy. Spray it in your mouth, spray it all over your body, spray it in a glass of water and then drink that, spray it on your food for taste, spray on popcorn, spray in your drinks breakfast, lunch or dinner.
