Many of the reviews indicated the glue on these pads were not good and I was not sure I should order them but I did. My latest prescription glasses are plastic frames without the adjustable nose piece I am used to. I followed the instructions and cleaned the nose pieces with rubbing alcohol and let it completely dry. As of today, i am on day 23 with the first set of pads. That have not come loose and they still keep my glasses from slipping. Good purchase. Update 6/16/18: after 48 days I finally need to replace my first pair of these nose pads
