These are really neat little units at a fraction of the cost of the JET unit. I bought 2 for my 800 SQ FT shop and mounted them to the ceiling. It's amazing how much they move, and more importantly, it's amazing how much junk in in the air! The filter gets brown quick, but that doesn't mean it needs to be changed just yet. It can last for a while. To mount it flush on the ceiling without the hooks I had to remove the motor and blower (see photo). This was really straight forward and easy. The remote works well with good range. I love that I can set it to run for 1 to 4 hours and just leave after working or just sweeping. It's a great product and I'm going to get another 1 or 2 to put in my unfinished basement to keep the dust from finding its way upstairs.
