This coat is wonderful! The length has been so nice. It unzips from the bottom if you need more space to move your legs, but I never need to use that feature. It is sooo lightweight, and is not bulky. It is kind of nice to wear a winter coat and not feel like a walking marshmallow for once. I have broad shoulders, so although I could normally wear a small (somewhere between 4-8 sized pants), the back is tight on most coats for me, which leads to the sleeves pulling up to mid-forearm if I have to reach for anything. After much deliberation and reading reviews on this coat, I ordered the small. It is not as tight across the shoulders as most smalls (thankfully). What is great about this coat is the inner sleeve/thumb hole feature. While I am not able to use the thumb hole (the whole reaching and broad shoulders problem), it does add enough length to the sleeves that my wrists are never exposed to the cold. And gloves slide right over the inner sleeve, so there are no gaps for cold air to get up the sleeve. I ordered the tradewinds grey (although I think it had a different name for the color before) in hopes of having a grey/silver coat to stand out from the mass of black winter coats. It definitely has a blue tone to the coat, which I think makes it a little less appropriate to wear to the office with dress clothes, but I do it anyway. I will try to include a photo that shows the color. As you can see, it depends on the lighting. I would absolutely buy this coat again, just in black.
