Worked very well
I called Blum customer service and they said use this (175L6600.22) to replace 175L660 -01.22. Apparently, 175L660 -01.22 is Manufacturer Part Number and 175L6600.22 is product number. Got the part and it is perfect fit.
The product picture is different from the actual product. I am attaching my picture for my old broken part and new replacement part that I got.
