I've bought several fitness machines over the years, but this is the only one that our entire family loves and uses! Not only does it give you a great abdominal workout, but it provides a fantastic back stretch (bending back - countermotion from the forwards crunch). It's very comfortable and I like to lie on it and stretch backwards after long sessions working at the computer. Wonderful item!
