To install mods for MC PE you need a copy of Minecraft cald "BlockLauncher" it allows Mods, Maps, and Texture Packs It's awesome! They'll almost go everywhere YOU go. Sometimes Severs, sometimes even joing. Press on the wrench Go to the second option and Enable the Mod by touching it and pressing enable when you start up your game it will be there! But some mods are rippoffs and don't work, For texture packs/Shaders go to the 4th and last option and go to download press it and do the same as mods, and enable it play it and there you go, but as I said some may be rippoffs. Sorry, if you don't understand I'm not so good at explainin.
