I’ve had this scale for a few months now and have always felt that the results were pretty accurate based on results I’ve been told from my trainer. I mainly got this scale to track my body fat percentage. My gym recently got one of the Inbody Scan machines that run around $8k and my trainers can’t believe how close the numbers of my scale are to the ones the inbody gave. For reference of accuracy: weight- scale is 187.2 inbody was 187 BMI- scale 26.2 inbody 26.1 Body fat %- scale 20.7% inbody 19.9% BMR- scale 1825 inbody 1838
