We use our NuWave Oven, at the least, three times a day unless we are out of town. My family joked and laughed after I purchased the first one many years ago. Since then, we have sent at least five (5) NuWave Ovens out as gifts. We are purchasing a new one to replace the 1st one we purchased many years ago. We cook and reheat everything from toast to a Thanksgiving turkey (I screwed it up though). The greatest thing is that you do not have to watch it. Frozen or fresh, you place the item in there, put in a time, hit "start", and leave. If you have young kids, it is a must in the morning. You can start breakfast and help them get ready. Wait for the beep to turn something over or simply let it keep warm inside. If you do not want to trust your kids to concentrate long enough to cook something on the stove or in the big oven, this is great for your family. No defrosting required is another great feature for those that buy frozen stuff in bulk. We have had to replace domes over the years, before they came up with the new dome which was too expensive in my opinion, but considering we used over NuWave everyday they had us. I recommend cleaning the dome after each use, the elements, and element bars especially after cooking foods that splatter. You can accidentally tip the dome and head over in the holder if you bump it; store away from the edges of the counter, especially a sink full of water. If you or your relatives do not read manuals, you will think the cooking timer is like your microwave, leave and cook an item for 5 hours instead of 5 minutes. It does take up counter space, but it is well deserving of an island of its own. I am not a big fan of the NuWave website ordering. By the time you finished clicking thru everything (even the BOGO) and selecting the free items, your order is triple the initial cost that you were so excited to see. Even with that, our first purchase has been well worth it. However, my experience has led me to this purchase. We will see how the new one works.
