*PLEASE READ* I attached a video on how to connect the battery wire. Also to test the bumper car when you first receive it make sure the charger is removed, the bumper car will not turn on if you have charger connected! Mine works perfectly fine and my kids love it! After a couple days my one year old figured how to use it on her own pretty sweet! As for the speed don’t expect it to be fast it’s not a car, picture the speed of the bumper cars from the fair, Johns incredible pizza etc. very similar.
