I'm not really sure where to start with these headphones. Their arrival was quick, and their packaging very professional. I've tried at least a half dozen other brands, and this is the one that I've come back to. I feel like i'm getting the better end of the deal - the sound quality is awesome! The noise cancelling is superb, and the case/battery/listening time phenomenal. Nevermind that they don't cost a fortune. Ear comfort is customizable with the assorted sizes provided. Comes with a charging cable for any USB port you have. The shape of the hard case is comfortable in your pocket. If I had to make one change, it would be that the left earbud be on the left side of the case, and the right earbud be on the right side of the case.
