We have been using size 2 Pampers Swaddlers for our 15# 3 month old but he was having poop blowouts every day. I wanted a diaper with the waistband in the back that catches breastfed poop so decided to try these. The price point was similar if not slightly less than Pampers. He pooped into the first one I used and the waistband kept it in. Awesome. But the second one that we used overnight leaked. The Pampers never leaked. Upon comparing the 2 side by side, the Mama Bear are significantly smaller (first pic). My second pic shows a Huggies size 1, Mama Bear size 2 and Pampers size 2. The Mama Bear are only very slightly bigger than the Huggies size1! I like the diapers otherwise, so I am going to order a size 3 and hope it works better for us... So my advice is to size up.
