You feel a certain energy when taking the liquid chlorophyll. It improved my breath and I think helps my pale skin get tan in the summer time. I've been to the beach every weekend for the past 5 weeks and although I'm using sunblock as well I've yet to get sunburn and I'm actually kind of tan. I love this stuff. Thank you for the great product!
