Based on reviews on Amazon for iGen4500 I was worried about shipping and handling due to other reviews with shipping damage, upside down during shipping and such, our Generator arrived strapped down to a pallet, no damage to generator box or generator, delivery company rolled the pallet into our garage. Also Amazon reviews said the 30 amp plug was upside down, our unit has the plug oriented correctly. Some reviews said the battery was loose, ours was not, strapped in solid, reviews said the generator did not run correctly and had choke issues. Upon unpacking our, filled it with the provided Oil, connected the battery, filled it with gas and cranked the iGen4500. It cranked easy, ran smooth and quiet. I let it run unloaded for about 20 minutes then connected our RV to it and started 15k Rooftop the Air Conditioner, the generator handled this load fine (display panel showed 50% generator load), then I started the convection Microwave with the Generator running, (of course our 12 volt converter was running and our Refrigerator was running) and the generator handled both running with no issue. Very pleased with our purchase, I would recommend the iGen4500 to anyone looking for good, solid, clean RV Power.
