Love this dress despite the snugness in arms...
I am an 18 in dresses, and pear shaped. I ordered the 18 Plus. I was so excited when the dress arrived. It was beautiful, just as pictured. The top part of the dress is not very stretchy. I have larger arms, and it was a little snug in the arms. The bottom part of the dress flows beautifully. Love this dress, and will order the navy one next.
