This is not the cloud version-thankfully we can still have a desktop version!
The other reviews concerned me because they are referencing the cloud version which I did not want since I am generating invoices on the road without an Internet connection on my laptop. This is the desktop standalone version as I had hoped and it works and installed perfectly converting my 2014 data to this version. I'm guessing the other reviewers were reviewing the wrong product. Hopefully this clears up some confusion for future purchasers.
