this worked great. I did quite a bit of research, so I'll write exactly what I did below. Before anything I washed my eyebrows with some makeup remover to ensure no gross dirt or oils were left over. I opened the capsule over the given dish and that was in the sink to make sure nothing made a mess. I added the developer and then mixed it togtwhe and then applied it to my right eyebrow ***VERY IMPORTANT***** apply it one EYEBROW AT A TIME. Meaning apply to one eyebrow, wait, remove and then go to the next. I followed the instructions for dark brown and let it sit and develop for 1-2 minutes. Going a few seconds over isn't gonna hurt anything. The longer it stays on it darker it gets though so keep that in mind. After the timer went off I removed it first with a dry cotton ball and then a wet one. Then I did my other brow and washed my face to make sure there was no other cream on my eyebrows left over.
