When I first received this product, I chose to consume 2 gummies initially, rather than one. I should have stuck with one. After 2 days of gastric distress and not using them, I restarted with 1 gummy per day for several days to see how my system would handle it... then I went to 1 twice a day. That seems to work. This morning I hopped on the scales and was shocked to see that I'd lost several pounds. We shall see what the rest of the 30 day supply brings. As I said, so far, so good.
