I am less than a week into using my new mattress, and must say that so far so good! I must preface this review that I suffer from severe fibromyalgia and thoracic spinal issues (not a normal condition), so having the right mattress is critical to my health and well-being. Prior to purchasing this mattress, I had a Spring Air Divine mattress, and without fail, I tossed and turned every night; had broken sleep; woke up in excruciating and paralyzing pain ... just a nasty never ending cycle of absolute misery. I invested numerous hours of research prior to purchasing this mattress, and did lots of searches for "the best mattress for XXX" Every search resulted in LinenSpa and/or hybrid latex mattresses appearing at the top of the results. I read numerous reviews and advice articles from independent sites, and was finally comfortable enough to make the investment and purchase the mattress. Of course, after clicking that purchase button, I got a bit nervous and was hoping for the best! I also purchased a Zinus Quick Snap TM 18 Inch Platform Bed Frame/Mattress Foundation/with Less than 3 Inch Spacing/Wooden Slat Support/no Bolts or Nuts, Easy Assembly, King since this mattress is said to perform better without a box spring. -- The 1st night I slept on the mattress using my existing box springs (since the Zinus had not yet arrived) - I definitely got a good night's rest and work with very minimal back pain. -- The 2nd night I slept on it with the Zinus frame, and there was a HUGE difference in the results. I slept soundly, woke up moderately refreshed, and best of all, ZERO back pain! Each night/morning wake has gotten progressively better, so I am very optimistic that this mattress is essentially saving my life! I even noticed that I no longer sleep "hot" nor wake with being overly warm ... which is a great benefit (ie, no broken sleep!). Apparently latex and/or hybrid latex mattresses balance/breathe better to not retain heat while sleeping ... I can attest this mattress definitely does this! I also need to note that I am currently not using any mattress pad on the mattress since I wanted to test it our as-is before making any adjustments for comfort. At this point, I don't think I will need to add any additional padding ... but only time will tell. And, for the skeptics out there ... please note that I am submitting this review on my own initiative WITHOUT any compensation or other considerations from Amazon, LinenSpa and/or Zinus.
