I recently purchased this product for my 3 day 1 night trip to Hong Kong from NY to keep my airline status. I mostly fly business so i was afraid I would be not be able to get sleep on economy/economy comfort seats. Overall this product did help me considerably to get through the long flights and to get sleep. While it felt comfortable on premimium economy seats, one leg of the flight was a basic economy. I imagine the result would be different for different airline seats but on this leg, the cushion felt uncomfortable as it sort of pushed (just) my neck forward and the head actually being pushed off the headrest. On larger more curved seats, it felt more comfortable as it fit between where the head rest is and the neck. If i were to fly basic economy all the way I would choose something smaller. It also took up a lot of my back pack space so next time may be an inflatable one or less cushy one.
