WOW!! That was my immediate response when I opened my package. The attention to detail in the packaging was FANTASTIC! ALL metal parts were individually wrapped with protective foam, the bag was in a nice reusable fabric outer bag, there was air filled packaging materials in the box for protection and inside the bag were moisture packs. SUPERB! NICE JOB! The quality and value of this bag EXCEEDED my expectations! I REALLY like that ALL zippers are double pull. This increases the ease of opening and allows small locks to be added for security during travel. There is little to no odor. I left it in my basement for a day and when I came home I did not smell odor nor did my family. It has a natural leather smell, which it should because it is 100% natural leather and NOT plastic (PU). The grain on the leather is rich and beautiful! I have looked at other leather bags, different brand and store, which sell for several hundred dollars and I would select this bag over those even at the same price. I absolutely admire the bronze hardware. The hardware with bronze antique style adds richness and style to this GORGEOUS leather bag! (Never use gold hardware) This bag came with a beautifully written letter of thanks signed by the owner of the company AND care instructions. It is evident that she has a deep PASSION to provide her customers with Exceptional VALUE and QUALITY! Well done Komal and professional leathersmith employees! THANK YOU!
