Love these leggings
First and foremost, they are a seamless waist band. There is no little elastic band going through the waist band. They are the perfect length for my 5' 3" athletic frame. They come down to my ankle because my legs are short. I bought them in a small and they fit perfect. I am 124 lbs. 26" waist and 34" hips. I could have bought them in an xsmall and they would have fit without any bulging.
