Large size makes it easier to drink more water!
So, this is a pretty large water bottle! My current water bottle is half a gallon, and I try to drink 2 gallons per day. So I have to fill it 4 times a day, which can get annoying. But now I just have to fill this up twice a day! It's definitely easier to drink water when you always have it on you
