I bought this for my kids a couple of years ago and they LOVED it. Recently, I started purchasing for their friends as a little "extra" present. It's affordable and definitely has the 'bang for the buck'. The batteries last long enough and kids always seem to be wowed by the fact that it 'floats' on the floor. It's great for rainy days, travel, and all-around playtime. Just keep it away from dogs because they love it, too. The foam rips easily.
