These boots are a perfect deal! I had originally purchased them with the intent to put together a Matrix-Trinity costume but I knew I wanted these most for the stylish block heel and non-clackity rubber heel. They are a soft, fake leather (YAY for the animals!) and expectedly crease at the ankle and ball-of-the-foot. I'm normally a women's size 7.5 to 8 because my feet tend to be wide, and I definitely pick 8 for boots because I like the slight comfortable room and option to wear thick socks for colder weather. The sizing of this boot did not disappoint. They're very easy to slip on, zipper up, and walk in (no pinching, heel height is bearable for hours in the city streets). The only issue I anticipate is that the backside of the ankle part might rub/ irritate against my lower calf after wearing them too long but I guess that depends on an individual's specific calf dimensions. Again, I see no serious problem with that because I can put on socks or wear longer bottoms and the faux leather isn't crazy stiff. In comparison to similar style boots I've seen online, I appreciate that these boots have an inner zipper and outer elastic instead of elastic bands on both sides... it really makes it hassle free to put these cuties on! The price is definitely appropriate for the quality.
