I'm going to be honest, I'm obsessed with this product. Obviously with technology like this everyone can be skeptical for the right reasons as many products now-a-days are sold in the tech world that are just not what they said they were online. This scale is great though! Setup was a breeze, and use is so simple it's ridiculous. The app is incredibly intuitive and easy to use (thank god because I HATE apps that don't work...). User Friendly across the board. Even better the information is pretty damn accurate. I'm not 100% an expert in collecting this kind of data, but having had some similar readings done in big crazy machines while in college because I was an athlete I have to say my current numbers are not far at all from those initial readings. Granted the college numbers were collect about 6 years ago at this point, but I've maintained a pretty similar lifestyle (if anything my habits have gotten healthier thankfully!), and the data collected then is very similar to my current readings. Therefore, from every simpleton's point of view I feel very confident the data this scale collects is pretty damn accurate. Granted, I'm not using this information beyond keeping track of my own health, so to be clear I'm not making any significant health decisions based on this information. Hopefully though people who buy this product understand technology like this is just not meant for that kind of purpose! I suggest any health nut get this scale!! And considering it's only like 10$ more than a regular, old digital scale, it's well worth it's price!!
