I have Acid Re-flux and after adding a set of these to my bed saw instant improvement. i have a queen sized bed and so the pack of two fits well, but only adds 3" of lift to the headboard, so i bought another set, giving me around 6" extra and making it so that my acid re-flux has only bothered me a couple times since then, when it used to be a serious issue almost every night. I have a queen pillow top mattress and so i did not want to add anything on top of my mattress and a sleigh style bed frame so bed risers at the head board would not have worked, so after lots of looking i was thrilled to find this solution. They work so great that I also bought a set for my Father who has the same issue as me, and they work great for him too.
