I tried the Cruisinart Air Fryer Toaster Over first. It was hard to clean and the baking pan became impossible to clean. A lot of the food got to dark/burned because it was not digital and hard to set. With those two problems in mind I looked a long time for a replacement. The Nuwave Oven is digital and easy to set. But the enamel baking pans is just great and a breeze to clean. I'm in the middle of baking the Key Lime Cupcakes (makes about 24). Last night we used the Air fry basket for Air-Fried Buffalo Chicken (allrecipes.com). I sprayed the basket and cooked the chicken strips on Air bake at 400 F for 15 min. They came out great and everything was easy to clean. Last week I tried the Homestyle Peach Cobbler (needs at least a 2 Qt. dish to cook in) and the Lemon Sesame Salmon (used 4- 3 to 5 oz. pieces of Salmon). The very first recipe we tried was the pizza dough (with all purpose flour) out of the recipe book that came with the pizza kit. The dough was way to sticky and we ended up baking it on three round pizza sheet in the regular oven. The taste was great but there was no way to get it off the panel onto the stone.
