I've only used it a short time since it was delivered today, but I'm not impressed so far. It's missing some key features noted in other posts, like drop in, Alexa calling and messaging, Amazon notifications, etc. Also, if another Alexa device is in ear shot, both that device and the Eufy Genie will respond. The volume range is very limited, and not loud at all, so another speaker is a must if you plan on using it for music. It is nice that they included the aux cable. For the price, it's good for controlling smart home devices, but I prefer the Dot. I'm considering returning this and getting another Dot. UPDATE: Anker/Eufy customer service has been top notch. They must've read my review, and have been in contact with me to ensure I'm happy with my purchase. They indicate updates are coming to address my concerns with the product, and they are grateful for my feedback. I'll be keeping the Genie based on these anticipated updates, and the great communication I've received from Anker/Eufy.
