This product is a life saver. As a vegan anemic, I was struggling to get my hemoglobin and ferritin levels up quickly. Most prescription iron is very harsh on the digestive system. However, these have no negative side effects. I took them for 3 weeks and it raised my ferritin levels by 10 points! My hemoglobin is now within normal range for the first time in years! I have a lot more energy and my hair/ nails are growing better. So happy to find this plant based supplement. I highly recommend. The tablets are quite large and don't taste great but just swallow them quickly and you will be fine.
