This Outland Fire Table is the center of the party!
** See 1 and 3 year update below, also LP to Nat Gas conversion info ** Thank you for a great product and for standing behind it well. Assembly was straight forward and simple. It is very attractive. I especially like the look with the additional reflections off of the wind fence (purchased separately here on Amazon). The attached picture is of the table with our neighbor's son that I have help me once in a while with projects. My daughter and her friends thought it was great last night as they inaugurated the fire table eating pizza, roasting marshmallows and making smores, then soaking in the hot tub and finally they finished out the night sleeping under the stars on the trampoline. The perfect teenage night (because there were no boys allowed). :) Update: I quickly received the new top without chipped glass. After owning this for 1 1/2 months, it is easily the primary focus of our new beautiful deck. We've spent many evening hours sitting around it enjoying the beautiful fire mesmerized while the reflections danced around on the wind fence. I highly recommend the 3 piece set with a vinyl cover, wind fence and glass lid. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01JQZ4M3U ** 1 Year Update **: We had a record winter with 3 feet of snow on the deck. This table was under it with the accessory cover the whole time. We never got it put away inside like it recommends. This spring, after a little bit of Windex, I was thrilled that it looked and performed as good as new! A couple of maintenance tips: First, the smoked glass is a dust magnet. So store some window cleaner and a rag underneath the table with the LP bottle. It only takes a minute to clean and when it is clean it is FABULOUS! Second, clean the fire rocks. Bugs are attracted to the flame and tend to die and burn onto the rocks. They look SO GREAT when they're clean and sparkly, but just ok when dirty and covered with dead bugs. So every time I refill the propane tank (about 15-20 hours of operation) I scoop all the rocks into a 5 gallon bucket with some water and a little dish soap and swirl them around a bit. I rinse them off and pour them back into the trough. It takes about 5 minutes and they look brand new again! ** 3 year update **: We still sit around this table at least weekly for 3 seasons and more when the weather cooperates. We still love it as much as when it was new and it still looks great! We've never put it away in the winter other than to put the vinyl cover over it. Outland Living finally released an LP to Nat Gas conversion for this table and I jumped at it. My table is the older model 400 table (not the current 401). The kit was really designed for the 401 and the installation was a little more complex for the 400. I'm an HVAC guy so I handled the curves ok, but I wouldn't recommend it for an average DIY person. I'm sure the 401 conversion would be plenty easy though. I'll try to post a video of the table burning with natural gas. It looks just as good, if not slightly better! If you want tips to do the conversion on the 400, leave a comment and I'll write something up.
