I was really happy to see this go up to a 6x. I bought the 5x thinking ia 4x might be too tight, but I feel like it's true to size. I'm usually a 3x/4x - I have a 46" waist and 58" hips. When I got these, it was surprising to see how large it was and it was pretty loose on my thighs - again, I'll size down when I buy them again. Even though I bought a size too big, they're still very comfortable and just what I was looking (I don't like panties, but have no need the external phallus pocket on regular boxer-briefs). The material is very thin, which I think is expected in underwear, and a little see through as a result (especially the white ones). This came two black, one grey, three white. Who TF needs THREE white?? Would definitely buy again.
