Overall, this is a great clothing rack. It was definitely work the $40. I recently moved into an apartment with a shortage of closet space. So, I wanted to get a rack that would hold a lot of heavy clothes, namely winter coats. The two different heights makes for easy viewing of the items on the rack. Two of the four casters have locking mechanisms, which was a pleasant surprise. The locking mechanism on the "telescoping" supports work pretty well. I had a rack years ago that claimed to have this feature and it just collapsed under the smallest amount of weight.) The reason I'm writing this review is to warn you about the instructions. Assembly of the rack is NOT difficult. You do need a screwdriver. But the thing about the instructions is they are hysterical. I would love to know the first language of the author; it was not English. When I first read the instructions, I literally doubled over laughing. I have to share my favorite excerpts and I PROMISE these are verbatim. "We are very appreciated that you purchased our products, please strictly obery tothe caution items during using, it is our willingness if you can use it proper ... also need assemble according to demands" "For fear accur the accident don't make the child play on the ploe." "... for fear cut your hand and feet and so on" "No using beside the stove and fired machine" "Please store in the dried place when you stop to use."
