I had planned to buy an air fryer for close to a year. I kept reading reviews, would put one in my cart, then change my mind. I finally decided on this one. All I can say is Oh My Goodness! I wish I would have bought it a year ago. I don't deep fry anything because not only is it not healthy, I can't stand the lingering smell in my house. All the things I have been making in the oven-fries, fishsticks, onion rings, chimichangas, spring rolls, chicken nuggets, etc- come out tasting so much better in this air fryer. I used no oil for most things. I did use 1 tbs canola oil for the chimis, and 1 tbs sesame oil for the springrolls, just to give them the restaurant taste and texture. I was surprised that there was still oil to be poured out after, so it doesn't soak into the food much. I would definitely reccommend this item. I have been telling all of my friends. I tried to add a few pics, but it only allowed one, so I showed the chimis to show size. I cooked onion rings on top of the chimis. Every thing came out crispy.
