Fulfilled expectations
The pillow fulfilled all expectations and promises. It is soft, holds its shape well. No bothering odor after the first 24 hours out of its bag. We let it set for some time after unpacking, did not force it to unfold, and now there's no cracks or creases. It does not cool the legs down, not much anyway, but we did not expect it to do that.
