Holy crap y’all!!!! I’ll never use toner again. Or purple shampoo. My natural color is dark brown and going blonde has been exhausting. I’ve bleached my hair 4 times. Had to reluctantly cut 4 inches off and used wella t18 and t14 about 4 times each a whole bottle of purple shampoo.. Nothing worked or lasted long. After YouTubing every scenario I learned not only did I Need protein but there was something called blue shampoo!!!!! I used it for the recommended time 3-5 minutes I believe. It was a good result but I wanted more. So I YouTubed again! After seeing a ton of people using this safely on their hair for an hr I did it too. And OMG! I’m truly impressed that this is a shampoo. Shipping was great too. They packed it in a box so it would be smashed and it came sealed with a plastic shrink-wrap around the bottle.
