I learned my lesson. I am now stocking up on these. I cooked a huge batch of casserole before leaving for a long trip, so that my husband can have a healthy meal even when I am not home. I realized late into my cooking that I ran out of these freeze bags, so I was forced to buy the more expensive brand from a big box store. These bags are perfect for freezing food, economical and very sturdy! I've never had one break on me. They are ribbed on one side, like the more expensive version.
