Good Guns at a Great Price
I had two inside paint jobs that have haunted me for months due to my procrastinating nature. It took a deadline, some neat looking guns, and my wife's nagging to motivate me to finish these tasks. I have never used a paint gun before so using these was a learning experience. If you hold them too close to the painting surface, the paint blisters, too far away and you don't get the coverage and have to repaint. Once I got the hang of using the hand held sprayers, they worked well. The paint went on smoothly and left no brush marks giving a professional look. Also, I'm sure these save on paint which has become quite expensive. The Wagner Flexio package is priced to sell. If you're looking for a hand held spraying system I don't think you'll do any better than these, but don't expect to buy them and solve all your painting problems. Nearby surfaces have to be covered to prevent splatters from making objects look like they have the measles and the sprayers must be cleaned and the canisters washed. I also felt that the Flexio guns were a little heavy and would be hard for an old man like me to use all day , but I've nothing to compare them with. One thing I appreciate about the system is that you can set the guns down and they stay upright without spilling paint. Finally, with these you don't need an air compressor, they are a self contained system that you just plug into an electrical outlet and paint away. Well good bye, this is probably my last review. When my wife comes home from her Christmas vacation and sees the white dots on the lavender wall I didn't cover before painting the shelf, I'll be dead. :)
