Our puppy loved dunking his head and splashing his paws in the fountain at our local dog park, so we knew he needed a backyard pool for frolicking. The video says it all. We ordered the LARGE pool for our year-old puppy, who is 36" long. So far it is holding up well: we have filled and emptied it three times, and he has already played in it at least eight days. A few times we saw him messing with the interior drain connection, but he stopped on command. Hopefully he won't damage anything in this pool, but if he does, I will update my review. We cover the pool with a tarp between uses to keep out tree debris and bugs. We really wish the pool's exterior drain would hook up to a standard hose because gravity would allow us to water our landscape plants with more than half the pool water. We need to find a silicone wrap/gasket or hose adapter that would fit the pool drain because there's a ton of water that otherwise empties onto our lawn. We tried positioning the pool drain as close to the garden at the bottom of our yard, but with limited success.
