I was skeptical. But took a chance and so very glad I did. I have thin very straight hair, I used to curl it every day with a steam curling iron for a little body, but the curls weren’t that great and only really showed at the ends of my hair, I wanted more body and more curl higher in my hair. This product is so very quick, takes me about 8 curls to do all my hair at 15seconds each!! So very quick. And as the curl start at the very near where the edge of where my hair falls from my head it gives me amazing volume all the way through my hair, not just at the ends as the heat is applied from top to bottom during the curling instead of wrapping over previous wraps of hair with a curling iron, depleting the heat at the beginning of my hair. This curler gives me more curl & lasting body, and better look then I’ve every had in my long years of product use. I do use it with the Chi heat spray recommended in a review which really helps the hold and protects my hair, and it finishes so soft and the curl lasts all day, the body even through sleep. Love it!! Take a chance like I did you won’t be disappointed :) cheers
