Does as promised.
I have COPD and the day the product came I was tired and had no energy. I thought I would give it a try the next morning instead of then. As the day wore on I changed my mind. It takes a lil bit for it to kick in but it definately improved my energy level. I am 64 years old and dont buy energy drinks etc. The product did give me a boost.
