I don't normally write reviews, but I felt obligated to share how great Liquid IV is. I have a temporary illeostomy, and dehydration can happen very very easily. I was going in every week for IV Fluids. After having enough, I tested a few hydration powders, and LiquidIV was by far the best. In a matter of 30 minutes to an hour of sipping on it, I felt incredibly better. I was also able to withstand a full day at a theme park, (in the Florida heat), without any issues. If you have a medical condition, prone to dehydration, or want something to easily keep you hydrated throughout the day, please try this. I bet you won't be disappointed. I definitely won't be leaving home without it!
