I adopted a senior retired Greyhound almost a year ago. Her coat was dry, rough and dull. In addition, her skin was so dry, the dander was terrible. The vet suggested flat seed oil. That helped with the looks of her coat but not her dry skin. I decided to try this hydrating butter and, oh, my goodness, this lotion is incredible! It improved her coat more so than the flax seed oil. The results on her coat with the lotion was immediate. She still has dry skin but it has improved dramatically. The flakes have practically disappeared. The smell is terrific and she loves getting the massage with it. She never runs away when she sees the bottle. I usually rub her down with it every other day or so. The results are really awesome. I am about a third of the way through the 8 oz. bottle. I am not being paid for this review and let me make a note that it is extremely rare that I ever provide a review. I will continue purchasing this butter. One last note, I love that is made in the USA and that is all natural ingredients.
