I definitely have a hate/love relationship with this bassinet. A lot more love than hate though. First of all, the reason I bought this is because was looking for a bassinet that would self rock. Many nights my daughter would only sleep if she was rocked. So many sleepless nights before buying this. PRO: it rocks very smoothly on 3 different speeds - bigger PRO- it also vibrates! She loves this the most! You can see her relax when its on. I use that function more than rocking itself. - the bassinet is open and breathable *overall I would buy it again! On to the CON list: -the buttons are plastic and loud clicking! Come on GRACO, you can do better than this! My daughter would be drifting off to sleep, I'd go to adjust a setting and CLICK and she is awake! Please make the buttons soft! - your self sensing and soothing option- not so great. It turned the cry detection on once (I never used it again), she started crying and bassinet sensed it, turned on rocking (good), turned on vibration (good), turned on the tunes (bad!!) It is loud and it scared her and she never thought about the sleep again that time. At least have an option without the music. -the front legs have wheels, the back dont. It is so hard to adjust it in the room. No handle to pull it. So I have to grab it by the base (2 hand job) and pull it closer to bed. You guys have to solve that issue as well. So, at the end, great little invention for the price but make Sense2Snooze 2 with those adjustments and it'll be the greatest bassinet yet!
